The City of Oshawa wants to hear from community members about their recent customer service experiences to help inform a new Customer Service Strategy.

Community members who have recently interacted with a City of Oshawa customer service representative are encouraged to provide feedback by:

• scroll down and select “Tell us how we are doing” to complete the feedback form here on Connect Oshawa;
• on paper at Service Oshawa (50 Centre St. S.) and service counters at recreation facilities throughout the City;
• scanning a QR code located at all City customer service counters; or
• visiting the Help Shape Oshawa Open House on Wednesday, September 20 from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. at the Oshawa Centre outside of Old Navy.

Feedback will be received until 12 p.m. on Thursday, October 12, 2023. The strategy will guide the implementation of opportunities for improvements related to service delivery.
