The City of Oshawa is preparing the 2022 City Budget and wants to hear from you!

Residents and property owners can share their priorities on key program and service areas until noon on September 29 via:

  • online by completing the feedback form below; or,
  • over the phone with Service Oshawa during regular business hours at 905-436-3311.

The virtual Budget Open House took place on September 14 with opening remarks from Mayor Carter and Finance Committee Chair Gray, followed by a brief overview and education session on the 2022 City budget process by Finance Services. View the presentation.

Submit Feedback Online

Residents and property owners can submit their feedback online by completing the feedback form. Community members not online, can submit their budget questions over the phone with Service Oshawa during regular business hours at 905-436-3311.

Feedback will be received until noon on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 and will be shared with City staff and Council as part of the 2022 City budget process. All individual responses will be anonymous and will only be used to summarize overall feedback received from the public.

Privacy Statement

Personal information is collected pursuant to Section 11 of the Municipal Act, 2001. The information collected will be used to sign attendees in for the City of Oshawa Budget 2022 Virtual Budget Open House and may be used to answer questions during the event, to contact registrants to provide additional information and/or to request feedback from attendees. Questions about this collection should be directed to the City’s Information Access and Privacy Officer at 50 Centre Street South, Oshawa Ontario, L1H 3Z7, or by phone at 905-436-3311.
