The City of Oshawa is calling on community members to share their feedback on community safety in Oshawa’s downtown and surrounding area.
Complete the feedback form below for the chance to win a $100 City recreation credit (includes virtual programs, fitness memberships and admissions)! Full prize conditions and details are available at www.oshawa.ca/safetyfeedback.
This feedback form will take approximately 5 minutes to complete. All individual responses will be anonymous and will only be used to summarize overall feedback.
Feedback will be received until 12:00 p.m. EST on Monday, June 28, 2021 and will be shared with the Mayor’s Task Force on Community Safety, Security and Well-Being and assist the Task Force in providing suggestions to Oshawa City Council and staff in identifying initiatives and programs to enhance community safety.
