Consultation has concluded
The City of Oshawa is looking for feedback from the community on the location of a Rainbow Crosswalk in Oshawa.
The three locations being considered for the Rainbow Crosswalk are:
Option A – main entrance to City Hall: the pedestrian crosswalk that is adjacent to the main entrance to City Hall and The Robert McLaughlin Art Gallery.
Option B – Downtown Oshawa: the pedestrian crosswalk located at the intersection of William Street and Mary Street on the east side of Mary Street on William Street and adjacent to the YMCA.
Option C – Lakeview Park: the pedestrian crosswalk located on Lakeview Park Avenue just west of the Jubilee Pavilion.

completing a feedback form online on Connect Oshawa or,
completing a feedback form on paper at Service Oshawa, located at City Hall (50 Centre St. S.) during regular business hours.
Feedback will be received until 12:00 p.m. on Monday, April 6, 2020 and will be considered in a report to Community Services Committee scheduled for spring 2020.
