In January and February 2023, we called on the Oshawa community to help shape the future of Oshawa’s parks, recreation, library and culture facilities.

Community members could provide feedback online here on Connect Oshawa or on paper at Service Oshawa, City recreation facilities or any Oshawa Senior Community Centres or Oshawa Public Libraries branch during regular business hours.

Feedback received will be considered in the development of the draft update to the P.R.L.C. Recommendations will focus on how the City’s indoor and outdoor facilities can support the physical, social and mental health, inclusion and wellbeing of the Oshawa community as a whole.
