The City of Oshawa is inviting community members to share feedback on Stage 3 of the Integrated M.T.S.A. Study, which gathers input on a preferred land use alternative, a transportation evaluation of alternative solutions, and an updated land use plan and draft urban design guidelines for the Study Area surrounding the planned Central Oshawa GO Station. Additionally, feedback is being sought on a preliminary design for the First Ave./McNaughton Ave. corridor between Simcoe St. S. and Ritson Rd. S., being completed as a Schedule C Municipal Class Environmental Assessment as part of the Area-specific Transportation Master Plan.

Feedback will be received until noon on Friday, May 17, 2024 and will be considered in a future staff report to be presented to the Economic and Development Services Committee.
