City Clerk Services maintains an index of all items on Committee and Council Agendas. The indexes are saved in the folders with meeting minutes found in the J:\ drive available on your computer under J:\Minutes.
As part of a lean process review, staff would like to evaluate the use of these indexes and determine if they still have value and if they are meeting the needs of staff. Your feedback will assist in this analysis and outcome of this project.
Please complete this brief survey before Friday, June 30.
