The City is preparing an Information Technology Services Plan (the Plan) that will define the City’s strategic goals for information technology for the next three years. The Plan will help identify appropriate technology to deliver and improve service to its customers and the Corporation.
Municipal best practices, the impact of emerging technologies and input from City Council, City staff, community stakeholders and the public are being considered in development of the Plan.
Members of the public are invited to provide feedback on their experience with current City online services and online services being considered for the future. Feedback can be shared by completing a feedback form:
The deadline to provide feedback is 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 20, 2019. Feedback received will be considered in the development of the Plan and the action plan that will be presented to the Corporate Services Committee.
